General nursing

You are leaving the hospital, and your state of health at home requires care according to a prescription from your general practitioner.

Nurses and nursing assistants will visit your home to provide care, including the most technical procedures, in strict compliance with sterility requirements and in constant and close collaboration with your attending physician.

As required

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injections
Putting on and removing compression stockings or compression bandages
Insertion and monitoring of urinary catheters
Preparing pill dispensers, checking dosages, monitoring intake
Preparation and administration of medicines (oral, eye drops, ointment, etc.)
Preparation and administration of vaccines (flu, COVID, etc.)

Organisation designed for wellbeing at home

Each patient is monitored by a nurse or nursing assistant, working in conjunction with a team coordinated and supervised by a head nurse. The team works together seamlessly to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Care is provided every day between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., with one or more visits depending on requirements.
